Accountant
We are looking for a candidate with 3 - 5 yrs. accounting experience and who has a proven track record of servicing all aspects of the accounting cycle. This position reports to the CFO and is responsible for assisting in all department duties including Financial Statement Preparation, GL account research & reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll when needed.
The position requires teamwork, excellent verbal & written communication skills, data entry skills, thorough understanding of GAAP and solid computer knowledge, particularly with Excel. Deltek Financial Systems experience is highly preferred, as well as an accounting degree. Work schedule flexibility is also needed to assist with month-end closing tasks.

This individual is responsible for inspecting commercial and residential projects for compliance with building codes, city ordinances and state laws. Essential duties include inspecting commercial and residential buildings during various stages of construction and remodeling to ensure compliance with building codes, approved plans and specification requirements; inspect existing buildings and premises for change of use, occupancy or compliance with applicable laws; inspect old and dangerous structures which may be subject to abatement action for structural safety and other hazards; and analyze and diagnose problems as well as read and interpret codes, regulations, standards, plans and specs, legal descriptions and various governmental documents. Civil Engineer
Working under the supervision of a Licensed Civil Engineer participate in the planning, and preparation of plans and specifications for city streets, utilities, grading, and drainage pertaining to private development and related public works facilities. Survey site and conduct traffic studies related to traffic safety such as traffic flow and speed. Integrate site observations and traffic studies and taking into consideration specifications as reflected by plot maps and general plans; draft civil engineering reports, presentation and drawings for streets, storm drains, sewers, grading, erosion controls, traffic and construction. Production Manager / Project Manager
Candidate will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and overseeing projects and contributing towards increasing the efficiency of work. Must have thorough knowledge of the design process required to accomplish city capital improvement work (roadways, storm drain, sewer, water, etc.). Knowledge of design standards, overall plan preparation, specifications, cost estimating, client relations and overall project management. This knowledge will be applied to monitor work progress, mentor others and effectively manage work. Traffic Engineer
This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of Traffic Engineering experience, with an emphasis on experience in the city system.
