Benefits Package:

AAE offers eligible employees a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Basic coverage includes healthcare for employees and their families, life insurance, time-off to assist in balancing professional/personal needs and a savings plan to help employees build their financial futures.

Medical Insurance

AAE provides employees and their dependents access to several types of medical plans. These HMO and PPO programs provide coverage for most types of medical services including hospitalization, outpatient services, emergencies and preventive care.

Dental

Employees can select a traditional dental plan where they can go to any dentist for treatment, or a managed dental plan where they must see a network dentist. These plans offer varying levels of coverage for preventive, basic, major services and orthodontia.

Life Insurance

The Company provides $50,000 basic life insurance with an accidental death indemnity rider.

401k Plan:

Employees can elect to defer up to the maximum allowable pre-tax earnings. The Company matches 50% of contributions up to an employee contribution maximum of 3%

Holidays

Employees receive 10 paid holidays per year.

Vacation

Employees earn 10 days of vacation for each year of service. After three years of service employees are eligible for 15 days; ten years of service 20 days; and twenty years of service 25 vacation days.

Sick Leave

Employees receive a maximum of six (6) sick days each year for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries.

Educational Assistance

The Company provides educational assistance to employees as part of a degree, licensing or certification program, which enable the employee to more effectively meet current and/or future challenges associated with their position.
