Raymond R Abassi M.S., P.E., T.E., P.T.O.E.	President Mr. Abassi has over twenty-five (25) years of professional experience in both civil and traffic engineering, as well as project management. He holds his Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and his Masters Degree in Traffic and Transportation Engineering. He has professional certifications in the field, including Professional Engineer and California Registered Traffic Engineer. Civil experience includes investigations, studies, design plans and specifications, construction documents and quality assurance. This has involved the research and analysis of requirements, design and construction oversight associated with infrastructure improvements, such as pavement, drainage, utilities, on-site water and wastewater systems. Traffic experience includes traffic signal design, traffic operations and associated design elements including impact studies, traffic circulation, feasibility studies, transportation planning and preparation of the PS&E for traffic safety improvements. In addition, Mr. Abassi provides City Traffic Engineer services to various cities in Southern California.
Jalal Sid Mousavi M.S, P.E.	Chief Executive Officer Sid J. Mousavi is the Chief Executive Officer at AAE with over twenty-five (25) years of experience in Engineering covering a wide range of civil and transportation projects. He has served as Interim City Manager, Director of Public Works and City Engineer for several cities throughout Southern California. He has interfaced with City Council, City Commissions, City Departments, Governmental and Regulatory Agencies. He holds strategic positions in various civic and professional organizations. Mr. Mousavi has a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University Pomona.
McAbee Munira C.P.A.	Chief Financial Officer Ms. McAbee is the AAE Chief Financial Officer with over twenty (20) years of experience, fourteen (14) of those years as a Certified Public Accountant. She was awarded her CPA license in 1990 from the State of California. She is responsible for: budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash management, preparation and analysis of financial statements as well as overseeing all financial activities for the company. Ms. McAbee holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton.
Farzad Dorrani M.S.	Director of Operations Mr. Dorrani has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in a variety of Civil Engineering projects. He attended the University of Ulster, U.K. and received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. He then went to Queen’s University of Belfast, U.K and got his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering. He has worked extensively on major infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom and Public Works improvement and rehabilitation projects here in Southern California for various agencies such as the cities of Irvine, La Puente, Montebello, Bell Gardens, Baldwin Park, Anaheim, Irwindale, Malibu as well as Alameda-Construction Authority. His experience includes Roadway Design Projects, Park and Downtown Revitalization Design Projects, Contract Procurement, Construction Management, Project Management and Administration.
Yadi Farhadi P.E.	Director, Civil Engineering Mr. Farhadi has over thirty (30) years of diverse civil engineering experience with both the public and private sectors. He is highly knowledgeable and experienced in the design and construction of public facilities, public utilities, commercial, industrial and residential developments, educational and institutional buildings and public infrastructures including sewer and water systems. Mr. Farhadi has served the City of Lynwood for fifteen (15) years in various capacities including but not limited to; Director of Public Works, City Engineer, Assistant Director of Public Works, Director of Facility maintenance, and CIP Manager. In his capacity at AAE, Mr. Farhadi leads the AAE Engineering Department to provide quality design services. He oversees and reviews the engineering activities including Engineering Design, Studies, Investigations and Plan Checks, Construction Management, Surveying and other related activities assigned to the Department.
Arjan Idnani M.S.	Director, Construction Services Mr. Idnani has close to forty (40) years of experience in completing a variety of Civil Engineering projects. He attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, and received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. He then went to California State University, San Jose and earned his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering. He has worked on major infrastructure projects and in Public Works improvement and rehabilitation projects in Southern California for various agencies such as the Cities of Baldwin Park, Saratoga and Santa Cruz. His experience includes Land Development, Capital Improvement Projects, Construction Management, Project Management and Administration.
Ali Moghadam T.E.	Senior Traffic Engineer/Project Manager Mr. Moghadam has over twenty-six (26) years of experience in Civil and Traffic Engineering. Ali has spent his entire career working for Cities throughout Southern California and his experience ranges from preparation of PS&E for traffic related Capital Improvement Projects; Traffic Studies; review of traffic impact of new developments; design, implementation and management of CCTV systems and Traffic Operations Centers; and interfacing with government officials, varoius agencies and the public. Mr. Moghadam has served in various capacities inlcuding City Traffic Engineer.
